Abstract:

The performed assessment of the results of gene diagnostics revealed characteristics of gene polymorphism of detoxification genes and of CYP1A1, CPOX, SULT1A1 and ESR1 reproduction. The determined genetic characteristicsinclude mostly mutations of genes responsible for enzyme detoxification and are definedmainly by differences in the frequency of heterozygotes. The presented data suggestan association between genes and a threat of miscarriage under exposure to phenols.
